Description
Fusilli, also known in Greek as screws, are a type of snail-shaped pasta originating from southern Italy. The tomato and spinach gives them a unique character. They are ideal for recipes that combine both the traditional taste and the gourmet dishes of an expensive restaurant. Boiling time is only 2-3 minutes per hour. This makes them ideal for a quick dish, either as a side dish with some cooked meat, or even on their own as their taste exceeds all expectations.
