The members of Koinsep
The members of Koinsep were mainly businesswomen for many years or working women in businesses in Levadia , with a lot of knowledge , experience and important skills , who unfortunately were hit by the economical crisis and faced unemployment in a hard way.
Being excellent housewives too , they knew cooking secrets very well , loved cooking and pastry and had improved in time secret recipes which passed on from generation to generation , as a legacy and which they developed initially.
